Easy day today..finally!!

Finally a very easy day for me today! Very much needed break really. Typing this post (in early evening hours) while uploading some videos onto FB and JCH is napping..HE SLEPT ON HIS OWN without much fussy around!! Yes! He just turned himself over quietly, looked at his wondering fingers and slept. Hehehe..in the pose I call grandfather's position.

Why? Bcos my father puts him to sleep like this the last time he was back in SG, and JCH slept easily and very well!! So since then I've been putting him to nap and sleep in this position too. This picture is just taken at 11pm.

Nothing much went on today. Went to coffeeshop (as per previous post), came back and fed JCH his porridge paste and milk, then napped with him! Have been napping with him for this whole week. Super tired out. Then washed all the porridge paste equipment. Actually wanted to go Cold Storage and get sweet potatoes, but the skies looks super grey. So never did. And it never did rain! Shucks! Never mind, probably make the trip tomorrow early morning, can stop by Starbucks for breakfast too! Hahas. See how, see how.

Tried using the slow cooker to cook his porridge today. It really saved me from having to standby at the stove and constantly having to open the lid and put it back, and replenishing water. Thanks to my mommy friends for their kind advice! Plus I had already blendered the rice grains, so it got cooked really quick. But I just left it going from like 9:45am to 12nn and it was soggy soggy max! Good cos it went through the sieve easily. Yeps still gotta use the sieve. I'm loving my sieve much now! May be, may be I shall try the rice cooker method too. Hmms. Feel so blessed to have so many mommy friends around me! Hahas..they are my life savers (in literal sense!) in times of need.

You know how clueless one can get when you are catapulted into a whole new of unknowns. Plus there are tons and tons of advice..in fact..truckload full of them with most of them conflicting each other! Here comes the importance of modern mommies to guide you through the crazy maze of advices. Yes modern mommies are important bcos their experience is of more relevance to you and they explain things to you, rather than tell you how you should do things, and you decide for yourself! So yeps!

Right now, I'm just really busy uploading videos on FB (still uploading at 11pm, I really have a lot of videos to upload but all just couldn't make it). Think I have overshot my data usage every month and always have difficulty uploading things, ESPECIALLY videos. And nope its not a big one. I always limit the video size.
